📅 Custom Location Booking Policy: > Minimum Participants: 25 people required for off-site workshops. > Travel Fee: Additional charges may apply depending on distance and setup complexity. > Space Requirements: A well-lit, ventilated area with enough table space for participants. > Setup & Cleanup: We arrive 30-45 minutes early for setup and ensure a clean space after the workshop. 🚫 No-Show Policy & Charges: > No Refund for No-Shows: If a participant does not attend the workshop without prior notice, the full workshop fee will be charged, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. > Last-Minute Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours' Notice): 100% of the workshop fee will be retained, as floral materials are pre-ordered and prepared in advance. > Emergency Cases: If the participant provides a valid reason (e.g., medical emergencies), a one-time rescheduling may be offered at The Mystic Gardens’ discretion.
